The 48-hour clock starts at 9am Bahrain time on the next business day after your shoot. Business days are Sunday to Thursday. Delivery is due 48 continuous hours after that start time. We confirm the deliverables assigned to each shoot in your booking. This deadline is for the first edited delivery; revisions are handled separately.

No. You can book a one-off package and pay in advance. Optional monthly plans have a 6- or 12-month commitment. The chosen term and monthly price are shown before you send your request.

Each included shoot has a 20-minute planning call and a concise shoot plan. We agree the content priorities, what needs to be ready and what we will capture during that visit.

The two visits let us cover different angles of your business. The shoots are designed around minimal setup, with a plan for each visit. The package includes four main reels and four short clips in total.

Main reels are your principal edited videos, each 15–30 seconds long. Short clips are supporting edits under 10 seconds. We list the two counts separately.

Yes. Add five edited social photos for BHD50 + VAT per selected shoot. For a two-shoot package, choose one visit for five photos or both visits for ten photos. Photos are captured during the booked shoot using the same setup and time allowance.

Basic colour, exposure and crop adjustments are included. Retouching, background removal, specialist styling, a separate lighting setup and extra shooting time are outside this add-on. Use a specialist photography package for a dedicated photo shoot. RAW social photos are not included.

RAW video is not offered as an add-on to these social packages. You receive the edited deliverables listed in your booking.

Your package already includes one revision round. An extra round costs BHD30 + VAT for one selected shoot’s usual deliverables and covers one consolidated set of light changes. New concepts, reshoots and a different creative direction require a separate quote. The included round is per shoot and must be requested within 24 hours of first delivery.

QuickShoot Essential and Social Buzz Builder include one location. Content Powerhouse includes up to two nearby locations. Tell us your proposed locations when you send your request.

The published monthly rate applies to the base package only. Extras keep their listed prices. Your estimate states whether an extra is for the current booking or is requested for each month of your plan.

Next-day delivery costs BHD80 + VAT per selected shoot and covers that shoot’s usual agreed deliverables. Weekend delivery is included. Availability must be confirmed when your booking is accepted. Your first edited delivery is due by 6pm Bahrain time on the next calendar day, including weekends and public holidays when the booking has been accepted. Revisions are handled separately.

There is no routine weekend premium. Daytime and evening shoots up to 8pm are included at the normal package rate, subject to availability. Late-night and public-holiday shoot surcharges may apply.

Late-night shoots between 8pm and midnight attract a 25% surcharge. Public-holiday shoots attract 50%. If both apply to the same shoot, only the higher rate is charged. The fee uses that shoot’s share of the normal one-off base price, before discounts, and excludes extras. A separate next-day delivery fee can also apply. A shoot ending at 8pm does not attract a late-night fee. If the agreed shoot time extends past 8pm, the surcharge applies to that whole shoot’s base-price share. The fee is based on agreed booking times, not an unexpected crew delay. Overnight work after midnight is quoted separately.

Delivery is subject to the client-delay conditions agreed for your booking. We confirm any outstanding assets, approvals and the delivery scope before the shoot. Your package’s included revision round remains available.

We review your package, selected extras and preferred dates, then confirm availability and the next steps. Sending a request does not reserve a shoot. Your booking is confirmed after the required acceptance and payment steps.
