Yes. RAW files are included in all our specialist photography packages: Food, Product, Real estate, Lifestyle and Hotel. There is no separate RAW fee.
Edited photos are delivered within five business days. The booking confirms the delivery date and any outstanding assets or approvals. This specialist photography deadline is separate from the 48-hour social and event offer.
Tell us your deadline when you enquire. Faster specialist photography delivery is quoted and confirmed separately, subject to availability.
The image count is listed on each package card. The two-hour Lifestyle package provides up to 20 photos; the four-hour Lifestyle package lists 30 edited images. We agree the shot priorities before your shoot.
Your package includes a 20-minute call and one revision round. We use the call to agree your shot priorities, preparation and access. Extra production or editing requirements are quoted separately.
Inclusions depend on the photography package. Food styling and Lifestyle talent are excluded. Please arrange them where needed and have the subject, products or property ready for the agreed plan.
There is no routine weekend premium. Daytime and evening shoots up to 8pm are at the normal package rate, subject to availability. Late-night shoots attract 25% and public-holiday shoots 50%; only the higher applies to the same booking. The fee uses the undiscounted base package price and excludes extras. Work after midnight and multi-day arrangements are quoted separately.
Arrange food styling and have dishes ready in the order agreed in the shoot plan. The two-hour package covers 15 dishes and 20 edited images; the four-hour package covers 30 dishes and 40 edited images.
The package covers up to 10 products in up to two hours, with 20 edited images, e-commerce crops and white backgrounds only. RAW files are included.
The package includes minimal touch-ups and RAW files. Choose two hours for 20 images or four hours for 30 images.
Direction is included and talent is excluded. The package is at one location; arrange the people who will appear in the shoot.
The day is six to eight hours and includes 22 or more edited photos, premium touch-ups, RAW files and OTA and website formats. Multi-day requirements are quoted separately.
One consolidated revision round is included per shoot. Request it within 24 hours of the first edited delivery. Revisions are handled separately from the delivery deadline. New concepts, reshoots and a different creative direction require a quote.
