Your video package includes one edited highlight under 60 seconds, in landscape or vertical format. Choose the format when we agree your event brief. Full talks, full-session recordings and different narrative edits are quoted separately.

One extra aspect-ratio adaptation of your existing edit costs BHD50 + VAT. A different story, structure or new edit is quoted separately.

For an event package that includes photography, five additional edited photos cost BHD10 + VAT. They must come from usable images already captured during your booked coverage. This adds editing, not shooting time, and is subject to suitable images being available.

The event option adds edits from photos already captured in your photography coverage. The social option costs BHD50 + VAT to capture and edit five simple photos during a selected social shoot. Each option is available only with its relevant service.

RAW event files are an optional BHD80 + VAT for one edited-event booking. They cover the media captured for the service you booked; buying RAW does not add photography, video coverage or additional shooting time.

For BHD50 + VAT per selected shoot, we send an additional person to ask questions behind the camera and support the videographer in directing the speaker or talent. This is crew support within your booked time and existing deliverables; it does not add a standalone edited interview or another video. Request it in advance so we can confirm staffing availability when booking.

An extra round does not replace the revision round already included in your package. An additional round costs BHD30 + VAT for one selected shoot’s usual deliverables and covers one consolidated set of light changes. New concepts, reshoots and a different narrative require a quote. The included round is per shoot and must be requested within 24 hours of first delivery.

For edited event deliverables, the 48-hour clock starts at 9am Bahrain time on the next business day after the shoot. Business days are Sunday to Thursday. The 48 hours then run continuously. This deadline is for the first edited delivery; revisions are handled separately.

Next-day delivery costs BHD80 + VAT per accepted shoot for the usual edited deliverables, subject to availability confirmed at booking. Weekend delivery is included. Your first edited delivery is due by 6pm Bahrain time on the next calendar day, including weekends and public holidays when the booking has been accepted. Revisions are handled separately.

There is no routine Friday or Saturday premium. Daytime and evening coverage up to 8pm is at the normal package rate, subject to availability. Late-night coverage attracts 25% and public-holiday coverage 50%; only the higher applies to the same event. Fees use the undiscounted base package price and exclude extras. Work after midnight is quoted separately.

One consolidated revision round is included per shoot. Request it within 24 hours of the first edited delivery. Revisions are handled separately from the delivery deadline. New concepts, reshoots and a different creative direction require a quote.
