Content Creation in Bahrain for Social Media & Events

The 48-hour clock starts at 9am Bahrain time on the next business day after your shoot. Business days are Sunday to Thursday. Delivery is due 48 continuous hours after that start time. We confirm the deliverables assigned to each shoot in your booking. This deadline is for the first edited delivery; revisions are handled separately.

Edited photos are delivered within five business days. The booking confirms the delivery date and any outstanding assets or approvals. This specialist photography deadline is separate from the 48-hour social and event offer.

Next-day delivery costs BHD80 + VAT per selected shoot and covers that shoot’s usual agreed deliverables. Weekend delivery is included. Availability must be confirmed when your booking is accepted. Your first edited delivery is due by 6pm Bahrain time on the next calendar day, including weekends and public holidays when the booking has been accepted. Revisions are handled separately.

There is no routine weekend premium. Daytime and evening shoots up to 8pm are included at the normal package rate, subject to availability. Late-night and public-holiday shoot surcharges may apply.

Late-night shoots between 8pm and midnight attract a 25% surcharge. Public-holiday shoots attract 50%. If both apply to the same shoot, only the higher rate is charged. The fee uses that shoot’s share of the normal one-off base price, before discounts, and excludes extras. A separate next-day delivery fee can also apply. A shoot ending at 8pm does not attract a late-night fee. If the agreed shoot time extends past 8pm, the surcharge applies to that whole shoot’s base-price share. The fee is based on agreed booking times, not an unexpected crew delay. Overnight work after midnight is quoted separately.

One consolidated revision round is included per shoot. Request it within 24 hours of the first edited delivery. Revisions are handled separately from the delivery deadline. New concepts, reshoots and a different creative direction require a quote.

If we fail to deliver within 48 hours (excluding client delays), you receive 20% credit of that shoot's value towards future services. Refunds are not provided.

One-off packages are paid 100% in advance. Plans are paid monthly in advance, with a 6- or 12-month commitment. One-off shoots must be used within 30 days. Early termination requires 30 days’ written notice, then the lower of two months’ service fees or the remaining service fee balance.

RAW is unavailable for social video and excluded from social photos. Event RAW is optional at BHD80 per event for the booked service. RAW is included with every specialist photography package.
