Frequently asked questions

The 48-hour guarantee applies to social media and event deliverables. The clock starts the day after your shoot and runs within business days (Sunday to Thursday). Photography packages are delivered within 5 business days so the retouching scope can be completed properly.

If we fail to deliver within 48 hours (excluding client delays), you receive 20% credit of that shoot's value towards future services. Refunds are not provided.

Most shoots are scheduled within 3 to 5 business days of your confirmation call. Need it faster? Tell us on the call; rush slots are subject to crew availability.

Yes. Standard bookings run Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm. Evening shoots starting after 5pm add 15%; Friday and Saturday shoots add 25%; public-holiday shoots add 50%. Pick your date in the booking form and we confirm the rate on your call.

Product launches, conferences, corporate gatherings, store openings, activations and private functions across Bahrain. Pick a package by event length; multi-day events are quoted as stacked days.

Anywhere in Bahrain at no extra charge. A shoot covers one venue; tell us about additional venues on your confirmation call and we will quote the day accordingly.

Professional mobile-first videography equipment, including DJI Osmo Pocket and current iPhone Pro cameras recording in 4K. The setup is designed for Reels, TikToks, Shorts and fast event coverage without the bulk of a traditional film crew.

Yes. One round of consolidated revisions is included per shoot, provided the request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Additional revisions are available as an add-on.

On social media and event packages: raw footage (BHD 80), an expedited 24-hour edit (BHD 50) and an additional revision round (BHD 30). Event coverage can also add interviews (BHD 50), an extra video adaptation (BHD 50) and additional photo editing (BHD 10 per batch of five photos). Photography packages do not take add-ons. Add any extras when you book or during the confirmation call.

One-off packages are paid 100% in advance to lock your shoot date. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. We send a payment link or bank transfer details on your confirmation call, with a VAT invoice included. One-off shoots are used within 30 days of booking.

Every social media package has a rates switch: pay one-off, or commit to a 6-month plan (10% off) or a 12-month plan (15% off). Plans are billed monthly in advance and include priority booking. If you end a plan before the term, delivered months are simply re-rated at the one-off price and the difference is invoiced; no other penalties.

Epic Content is focused on short-form social media videography, practical business photography and event coverage. We are not positioned as a high-end film, TV commercial or large multi-camera production company. If your brief falls outside these services, we will tell you clearly before quoting.
